AI Inbox: Screenshot Actions is a local-first app for turning screenshots, photos, pasted text, and links into reviewable action cards.

Data You Choose To Add

The app works only with content you choose to import or paste:

• screenshots/photos you explicitly select from your photo library
• text or links you paste into the app
• OCR text generated from selected images
• cards, tags, dates, summaries, and reminders created from your captures

How The App Uses Your Data

Your content is used to create and manage personal action cards, including tasks, reminders, ideas, money items, references, and other notes. Captures and cards are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage.

OCR runs on device using Apple Vision. The app does not scan your photo library automatically.

AI Processing

Selected text or OCR text may be sent to a user-configured HTTPS backend and an OpenAI-compatible model provider only when you choose to run AI extraction with that backend configured. If no backend URL is configured, extraction uses local fallback. The iOS app does not embed model provider API keys.

Backend retention depends on the backend you choose to configure. The App Store privacy disclosure is kept conservative by treating this as user content used for app functionality.

Storage And Deletion

Captures and cards are stored locally on your device. The MVP has no account login and no cloud sync. You can archive or delete cards in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device according to iOS behavior.

Third Parties

The MVP may use an OpenAI-compatible model provider through a user-configured HTTPS backend for AI extraction. It does not include bank, email, calendar, social, advertising, analytics, or tracking integrations.

Children

AI Inbox: Screenshot Actions is a productivity tool and is not directed to children.
